Without a clear understanding of self-esteem, every relationship is at risk. Self-esteem is at the core of everything we think, say, and do. The principles I use here, I use throughout all of the classes I teach. Therefore, it is imperitive you take the first two classes if you want to keep up with all that I teach.
If you believe your self-esteem is in tact and you don't need further help with undoing or rebuilding your self-esteem, then maybe you'll use this information to help someone else.
